Itinerary

After landing in Montego Bay, head straight to the far western tip of Jamaica to discover the laid back city of Negril. Check in to your hotel, grab a beach chair and spend the rest of your day in sweet serenity, enjoying the city’s miles of uninterrupted golden sand beaches and unspoiled views of crystal clear Caribbean waters. When evening falls, find one of Negril’s popular buffets and indulge in an unending selection of delicious Jamaican cuisine.

Start your day with a leisurely beachside breakfast before taking a dip in the tranquil waters off Long Bay. Located at the far south end of Seven Mile Beach, Long Bay Beach Park is lined with sugary sand beaches and is the perfect place to spend a peaceful morning.

After lunch, travel back to the resort capital of Montego Bay to spend the rest of your day relaxing at gorgeous Doctor’s Cave Beach, one of Jamaica’s most famous and picturesque beaches. Rent a beach chair or some snorkeling gear and spend another afternoon soaking up the warm Caribbean sun. At sunset, head to the nearby “Hip Strip” to mingle with locals and tourists in the city’s colorful shops and restaurants.

After breakfast, grab a taxi and head out for a visit to Rose Hall Great House. Take a tour to discover the rich history of the immaculately restored mansion and its past as a former sugar plantation. For lunch, return to Montego Bay and take a food tour to learn more about Jamaica’s fascinating food history and culture while sampling some of the freshest fruits and seafoods in the Caribbean. Spend your evening relaxing at Walter Fletcher Beach, a favorite amongst locals and tourists alike.

Begin your day with a quick dip in the warm sapphire waters of one of Montego Bay’s beaches, then take a scenic drive to the northeastern side of the island to discover the natural beauty of Ocho Rios. Get away from the crowds and head to James Bond Beach, known as the former home to “James Bond” novelist, Ian Fleming, and the site of a rustic, unspoiled cove filled with crystal clear Caribbean water. Take an evening stroll along the shop-lined streets of Coconut Grove, the city’s bustling market area.

Rise early and head just a few miles out of town to discover the beauty of Jamaica’s famous waterfalls. Spend a few magical hours playing in the refreshing waters and climbing the slippery rocks of Dunn’s River Falls. A living natural wonder, these iconic falls are a must-see when visiting Jamaica! Return to Ocho Rios and spend the rest of your day at Mallards Beach, a spectacular strip of white sand beach lined with massive resorts on one side and mesmerizingly blue waters on the other.
