Itinerary

Start your visit to Paris off with a bang by heading straight to the unmistakable icon of the city – the Eiffel Tower. Take your fill of photos around the expansive Tower grounds and the Champ de Mars, then travel to the top and enjoy spectacular views of the French capital from 377 feet up. From there, make your way to the nearby Rodin Museum to discover the awe-inspiring work of one of France’s most revered artists. As the sun sets, board a sightseeing cruise and glide under the charming bridges of the Seine while taking in views of the city’s finest monuments.

Spend your morning exploring the medieval Catholic cathedral of Notre Dame, a masterpiece of French Gothic architecture and one of the most visited monuments in France. Take a guided tour through the historical landmark, taking in the cathedral’s elaborate stone carvings, dazzling stained glass windows and ornate flying buttresses.

Then tour another top Parisian landmark, the famous Sacré-Coeur. Marvel at the world’s largest mosaic and the basilica’s iconic dome, then enjoy a scenic walk through the artist village of Montmartre, one of most charming districts in Paris. Take your time meandering through the village’s Place du Tertre, a town square full of local artists peddling their wares and souvenir shops galore.

For breakfast, enjoy a fresh baked croissant (or two), then head to Tour Maine-Montparnasse for a 360-degree magical view of Paris from the top of one of the city’s tallest skyscrapers. Stroll around the surrounding Montparnasse neighborhood and enjoy a breath of fresh air in Les Jardins du Luxembourg before making your way to The Louvre.

Spend the rest of your day exploring the magnificent Louvre, the most famous museum in the world! Take a few iconic photos of the Louvre’s pyramid, then head inside and gawk at priceless works of art such as the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo. Once you’ve had your fill of the Louvre’s unforgettable masterpieces, return to your hotel for an authentic Parisian dinner and rest.

Begin the day at another stunning Paris museum: the Musée d’Orsay. Spend a few hours perusing the world’s largest collection of impressionist and post-impressionist artwork, all housed in a building even more stunning than the works themselves. Grab lunch at a classic French bistro, then head to the Centre Pompidou, a 20th century architectural marvel, easily recognized by its unique exterior escalators and enormous colored tubing. Inside, find the original works of iconic artists like Matisse, Picasso, Dubuffet, Andy Warhol, Anish Kapoor and more.

End your dreamy visit to Paris with a day trip to the Palace of Versailles, the residence of three French kings and the French government from 1682 to 1789. Tour the palace’s most exquisite rooms, including the Queen’s Bedroom, where Marie Antoinette once slept. Admire the palace’s priceless works of art and stunning Baroque architecture and stroll along the Grand Canale. Then lunch in one of Versailles’ sublime restaurants before touring the rest of the palace’s opulent grounds and gardens. Return to the city and spend your final night enjoying one last baguette while strolling the magical and romantic streets of Paris.
