As a travel consultant or intern, you’ll work in our beautiful historic mansion in downtown Denver that has a home environment. We have stand-up desks, a full living room, kitchen, library, televisions and more. We’re close to numerous restaurants, and the 16th Street Mall and Civic Center Park are within walking distance.

Responsibilities

As a Worldwide Navigators Tour Consultant, you’ll oversee a geographic territory in the United States and run it like it’s your own business.

In this sales role, you’ll work at an intersection with marketing, customer retention, operations, and product innovation, to name a few.

To achieve success, you’ll create your territory’s roadmap to sustainable growth, resolve business challenges, and work with a diverse set of colleagues from across the world that will result in a beautiful customer experience.

You will:

  • Inspire travelers to see the world, serving as their partner to create international travel programs at their schools.
  • Manage and grow a geographic territory of existing and prospective clients
  • Work with schools and professional groups to launch international travel programs.
  • Run your territory like a business—identifying, developing and executing opportunities to drive growth.
  • Acquire new customers, and grow existing key accounts, to help more students and educators discover the world
  • Forecast and deliver key account metrics (monthly and quarterly sales projections and goals).
  • Refine your sales techniques and support customers through email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings.
  • Support your customers every step of the way—from inspiring them to lead a tour, to helping them recruit student travelers, preparing them for departure, and ensuring they enjoy their time on tour and return home safely.
  • Collaborate with our internal operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of your client’s travel experiences.
  • Sell a product that truly changes groups’ lives by being fearless and focused and having fun!

Compensation

First-year Tour Consultants earn a base salary of $40,000 – $60,000 with an additional bonus potential of up to $30,000; salary and bonus opportunity increase each year based on performance

Responsibilities

As a Worldwide Navigators Tour Consultant Intern, you’ll collaborate with our Travel Consultants to navigate global tours for groups around the United States.

You will:

  • Inspire travelers to see the world, serving as their partner to create international travel programs at their schools.
  • Learn various aspects of the organization including marketing, customer retention, operations, and product innovation, to name a few.
  • Interact with schools and professional groups to launch international travel programs.
  • Create global excursions for travelers and learn booking arrangements for tours, flights, lodging and accommodations in some of the world’s most sought after locations.
  • Collaborate with our internal operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of your client’s travel experiences.
  • Be a part of a product that truly changes groups’ lives by being fearless, focused and having fun!

  • Stipends are available for Internships! $1,000 per month for 20 hours/week $2,000 per month for full time at 40 hours/week.
