Upon arrival in Las Vegas, your group will take a private transport to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon — a drive that takes approximately 2.5 hours. Once you arrive to the West Rim, your group will have the incredible opportunity to experience the Skywalk. View the Grand Canyon from the sky (or what feels like the sky!) and enjoy arguably the best views of the canyon.
Upon arrival at the South Rim in the Grand Canyon, your group will transfer to your hotel for the next six days!
Venture over to Desert View, one of the best lookout spots for spectacular Grand Canyon views! Known for its ancient Native American-inspired watchtower, Desert View is also the hub for the Tusayan Museum and Ruins. Spend the afternoon exploring the on-site museum, watchtower, and catching the view of one of the seven wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon.
Rise early in the morning to catch a railway tour through the Grand Canyon! Take an unforgettable ride on one of our lovingly restored cars and listen to stories of folklore and tales from a crew member. Find entertainment in the authentic characters and musicians who bring the Old West to life! Lose yourself in the majesty and magnificence of the Grand Canyon on this incredible tour by railway.
Rise early in the morning to catch the sunrise over the Grand Canyon from Grandview Point. After, enjoy a group breakfast at a local restaurant before preparing for and heading out for a hike on the Rim Trail. Hiking in the Grand Canyon is unlike any hike anywhere on earth simply by way of descending into the canyon before making your hike back up. Come prepared with your best hiking shoes, sunscreen, water and snacks!
Today, your group will catch a different perspective of the Grand Canyon from Yavapai Point and Museum. The museum houses geological artifacts and maps of the whole canyon. Speak with a museum member to learn all about the Grand Canyon, the history of people who have lived here before and continue to live here now, and more!
You’ll also have the opportunity to experience the Abyss, a lookout point that drops vertically 3,000 feet to the Redwall Formation. Enjoy!
Enjoy a final group dinner before beginning your departure home. We hope you enjoyed your time in the Grand Canyon!
Spend the day leisurely enjoying group activities, exploring the canyon further, participating in an impact project, or doing a free day. The options are endless!
Rise early in the morning to catch the sunrise at Grandview Point before loading up in your private transport to drive to Hoover Dam. Take a self-guided tour of the inside of the dam to learn a bit about how this massive feat of engineering functions.
After your tour of Hoover Dam, cool off in the waters of Lake Mead for a beach and swim day!
We hope you enjoy your time on this 8-day trip to the Grand Canyon with stops at Hoover Dam and Lake Mead!
