Nature Escape in Costa Rica

Upon arrival in La Fortuna, your group will transport to your accommodation to drop your luggage and settle in. Cultural immersion begins right away with team building activities in spanish and a day spent in the beautiful community of La Fortuna.

Today your group will transport to Manuel Antonio National Park for an incredible nature adventure.

Enjoy the afternoon playing on the beach, jumping in the pool, hiking through the park or attending an expert-led tour.

Choose to add an impact project to your day by volunteering to work with sea turtles, monkeys and birds, or volunteer for a sea cleanup.

Rise early in the morning to gather for a group breakfast before setting out for your adventure today. A guide will meet you at the trailhead in Manuel Antonio National Park for a guided hike through this incredible park.

In the afternoon, your group will visit the hot springs in the park, so be sure to pack a swimsuit!

For these next couple days, your group will participate in community development projects in a small, rural community. The community development projects are chosen by the community itself. Typical projects include: pouring the foundation for a community center, planting organic school gardens, painting and tiling a community kitchen, constructing a plant nursery, teaching English lessons, or completing a sidewalk around the town square. Spend these days getting to know the people of Costa Rica and their community needs and development goals. Come prepared to practice your Spanish speaking skills — you’ll need them!

Get your groove on and loosen those hips with a special latin dance class conducted in Spanish (come prepared for a full-on language immersion!). After, your group will enjoy a visit to a local organic farm. See for yourself how produce goes from seed to food on this incredible tour and sink your teeth into something tasty and fresh!

Today, your group will transport to Monteverde and Cloud Forest for the world-renowned views of the rainforest canopy — all from the comfort of a harness! Zipline your way through the clouds and catch glimpses of howler monkeys, birds galore, and luscious green tree tops. This is a trip you won’t forget!
