Arrive in the coastal town of Paracas and get ready for adventure!
Today we will be flying over the incredible Nazca Lines. Discover the mystery that lies within this incredible geological site, through a bird’s eye view! Gaze at the enormous labyrinth of straight lines, trapezoids, triangles, and spirals scattered about the desert floor. This site has remained preserved for over 2,000 years. Hear the stories of the ancient civilizations that created these other-worldly feats.
This morning we’ll make our way down the Panamericana Sur highway to view the stunning sand dunes. Explore the expanse of the desert via sand buggies. Relax at the ambient campsite and enjoy a delicious meal while enjoying the panoramic view. Soak in the beauty of Peru as the sun sets in the horizon.
From desert sand dunes to island getaways! On our final day of adventure, we’ll take a trip to the Ballestas Islands. Here you can see thousands of birds, seals, and other marine mammals in their natural habitat. From the boat you can spot the famous candelabra, a desert image dating back to the Nazca period.
We’ll head back to Lima after a whirlwind of fun, for our departures back home.
